Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Growth Corp ("we", "us", "our") to you ("client", "you").

By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Growth Corp provides sales consulting, outbound communication support, and marketing operations services for B2B companies.

We offer two primary service models:

2.1 Managed Sales & Marketing Support (Done-For-You)

Under our Done-For-You service, Growth Corp provides a managed sales support and outbound communication service for business clients. This means we handle the planning, setup, organisation, and day-to-day management of our client's outreach and sales support systems.

Our process typically includes the following steps:

  1. Initial business review and onboarding - We review the client's business, offer, pricing, and current sales process. We collect all necessary onboarding information to understand the client's objectives and target market.
  2. Target customer and market definition - We define the types of companies and decision-makers the client wants to reach, including industries, roles, locations, and commercial criteria.
  3. Messaging and offer structuring - We refine how the client's services are presented in written communication to ensure clarity and alignment with their commercial goals.
  4. Prospect research and contact list preparation - We prepare structured lists of relevant business contacts based on agreed targeting criteria.
  5. Written communication preparation - We draft and organise outbound communication materials, including initial messages and follow-ups, tailored to the client's business.
  6. Communication system setup - Where required, we assist with setting up communication systems such as domains, inboxes, and sender configurations to support outreach activity.
  7. Campaign scheduling and execution - We manage the scheduling and sending of communications, including follow-up sequencing and timing.
  8. Response monitoring and organisation - We monitor incoming replies and organise them into categories to support the client's sales process.
  9. Appointment coordination - Where applicable, we assist in directing interested contacts to the client's calendar and coordinating meetings.
  10. Ongoing adjustments and improvements - We review activity and adjust messaging, targeting, and processes to improve effectiveness.
  11. Weekly reporting and service visibility - Clients are billed weekly and receive ongoing updates on activity, including communications sent, responses, and meetings arranged.

This service is provided as ongoing operational support to assist with business communication and sales process management.

2.2 Consulting & Advisory Services (Done-With-You / 1:1)

We provide structured consulting services to support clients in improving their internal sales processes and systems.

This may include:

  • Reviewing current sales processes and commercial strategy
